Le Croisic is a peninsula!
Located near the famous resort of La Baule and its 9-kilometre beach, one of the longest beaches in Europe, Le Croisic is a charming peninsula nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the renowned Guérande salt marshes. The traditional craft of the local salt harvesters is still very much alive today.
Easy to reach by a variety of transport options:
• By car: From anywhere in Europe, take the motorway to Guérande, then enjoy a scenic drive through the salt marshes. Welcome to Le Croisic!
• By train: Direct TGV high-speed rail services connect Paris to Le Croisic railway station.
• By air: Fly into Nantes Airport, then take the airport shuttle to the railway station. Depending on schedules, regional trains or TGV services will take you directly to Le Croisic.
